When many students most value the ability to have a conversation in their target language, how can we help meet this expectation? Can we make Novice interpersonal communication experiences both appropriate and motivating? How can we move students toward Intermediate interpersonal speaking proficiency? This presentation will explore ways to support students in developing interpersonal speaking skills.
